Other things to note
+Electricity & Water Consumption
As we are environmentalists, to promote environmental conservation we REQUIRE guests to SWITCH OFF ALL APPLIANCES & TURN OF THE WATER in the bathroom when leaving.

+Internet Connection & Netflix
We are subscribed to Globe Fiber Plans but sometimes during peak hours, the internet may slow down and this is BEYOND OUR CONTROL.

+Cooking
We do not allow cooking in the place for safety reasons but the unit is conveniently located near restaurants (lutong bahay, fast foods and 24H convenient stores located just outside the gate).

+Smoking
Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the unit. You may smoke and dispose cigarette butts in the designated smoking area.

+CCTV
The compound is equipped with CCTV cameras but not inside the unit. This is for everyone's safety.

+Pets
We have dogs but they do not bite. They may bark but they are friendly.

+Tours
We offer tours arrangements for Guimaras, Isla de Gigantes, Bacolod, South Iloilo and City Tour. Payments for the tours should be settled atleast 2 days before the tour.

+Airport Pick-up & Drop-Off
We offer airport pick-up & drop off. Please let us know ahead of time. For flights later than 9PM, We have an additional fee of P200.
