Brand new house that is so near to the beach about 5 minutes. Walking distance to the popular adventures in Laiya beaches like Playa Laiya, Kabayan and the most beautiful part of Laiya beaches. Also walking distance to 7-11 and convenience stores. Up and down, 2 storey with aircon, only one that has shower heater in the whole subdivision, videoke (small charge), beach towel and tent (extra fee), Good for family outing, team building and even group of friends.

My assistant will help with the process of move in and move out. Kindly bring identification for all guests.

Check in between 3 and 7 pm. If you check in earlier will be additional fee or charged one whole day and only if we could accommodate.

We have the right to refuse to accept guests that are disrespectful; harsh and abusive to the management rules and the caretakers of the properties.
