Make yourself at home in this modern, bright & central apartment in one of the most popular districts of Duisburg. The apartment has a size of 60sqm and was recently renovated in September 2019. You will find a very comfortable king-size double bed with bed linen provided, where two people have more than enough space to sleep. In the living room there is a sofa bed, where another 2 persons can find a place to sleep. Additionally, the living room is equipped with a Smart-TV including Netflix, WIFI and a sound system. The entire accommodation is fully equipped for cooking, washing, showering and simply feeling good.
Sufficient towels are of course provided for the guests of the apartment.
A small winter garden, which can also be used as an open balcony, invites you to relax.
The apartment comes with a number of high quality devices, which are not the typical short term rental standard. Every guest gets 1-2 bottles of water, coffee with milk and sugar, tea, a quick dish (spaghetti arriabata), sweets and spices provided. For a longer stay even one bottle of wine.
