About the apartment:
This newly renovated Parisian apartment rental is located on the 1st floor of a secure residential building without an elevator. Upon entering you are greeted by the bright and open living area with high ceilings and plenty of natural light. There is a comfortable sofa that converts into a bed for 2 guests. Additional linens are available for this bed. There is a flat-screen television in the entertainment unit with cable.

The open-plan kitchen is fully equipped with a 4 plate electric cooker, oven and dishwasher, as well as a fridge, toaster, coffee maker etc. Full sets of cutlery and crockery are provided along with pots and pans to help you cook some of the delicious French produce available nearby. There is also a washing machine and clothes drying rack available for your convenience. An iron and ironing board are also at your disposal. There is a table and chairs for 4 people where you can sit and enjoy your home-cooked meals. Just off the kitchen area is a water closet with a toilet and sink.

The large bedroom is situated off the living room where you'll find a large double bed for two people. Luxurious bedding is provided and you will find the bed neatly made upon arrival. The bedroom features an en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower and sink. Fluffy, white bath towels are provided for four guests. Complementary toilet rolls, shower gel, shampoo and hand soap are also included to start of your stay.

The apartment is heated throughout during the winter months. There is no air conditioning but we will be happy to provide you with fans for your stay should warm temperatures be in the Paris weather forecast.

A member of our Welcoming Team will meet you upon arrival, give you the keys and a tour of the apartment and its appliances, help you to connect to the Wi-Fi and more. You’ll find a personal guidebook in the apartment with tips and suggestions on where to eat and shop in Saint Germain des Pres.

Please note this flat is street-facing on Rue Guisarde, home to many restaurants and bars typical of Saint Germain des Pres. Those very sensitive to noise may wish to pack ear plugs.

- The apartment is NOT suitable for parties, events and photoshoots and the maximum number of guests should never exceed 4 people.
- Minimum age. The main booker must be at least 25 years of age or older. Unaccompanied minors are not allowed.
- Please note a noise monitoring device is installed at the property entrance for extra security and to ensure the peace of the property. This device is not located in any sleeping area or bathroom.
