Ours is a spacious, bright 3-bedroom villa with expansive views of sea & mountains, a swimming pool, and only minutes to the beaches. You’ll enjoy the big windows and glass doors in each room, with views and terraces on all sides offering sea breezes, sun or shade at any time, and unimpeded vistas of the sunsets. The living and dining wings have high ceilings and skylights, the windows and sliding doors are fitted with fly screens, there is AC & heat throughout, and reliable Wifi.

The popular holiday destination of North Cyprus is the first to be free of COVID-19. A speedy response gave the territory a total of just 108 cases since early March, and none since April 19, 2020.

YOUR PLACE
Your private 2-bedroom villa is sparkling clean, with stunning views and evening sunsets, with only birdsong to break the silence. This part of Çatalköy is a quiet, open area with other family villas dotting the peaceful landscape, sloping up from the sea on the north and west, to the backdrop of mountains in the south.

ON THE GROUND FLOOR OF THE VILLA:
There are living room, open kitchen, utility room and guest toilet with sink.
There is an L-shaped sofa bed for 6 people and dining table for 6 people in the living room. Living room has a high ceiling and skylight.

In one nook of the living room is the 102-cm-wide HD television with Hotbird and Turksat satellites. The seating area just outside the sliding doors is the northern terrace and sunset dining.
You’ll also find backgammon and chess sets.

In the big kitchen, there is a two-compartment freezer/refrigerator, 4-burner stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, electric kettle and electric Turkish coffee pot. There are plenty of pots and pans, dishes and utensils.
Also there is a stone barbeque at the backyard.
One table in the dining area seat five.

The Wifi is reliable, and extends its reach onto the terraces surrounding the house.
The villa is fully air conditioned, with units in each of the bedrooms upstairs and one larger inverter units downstairs. Each unit provides cool or warm air, as required. There are also one floor fan available. Note that the windows and glass doors are fitted with aluminum-framed sliding screens for your comfort. The rooms also have insect repellant fixtures, if you want to use them.
There is a washing machine, vacuum cleaner, iron, ironing board, a drying rack and a hair dryer. Hot water is solar heated with 2-3 hours of sunshine, and there is also a switch for electric hot water for a rare day without sun.

ON THE TOP FLOOR OF THE VILLA:
There are two bedrooms, one with a double-bed and the other with two single beds, each with a French balcony. There is also a separate bathroom with toilet, sink and shower. Linens are provided, and each guest has bath, beach and face towels.
The master bedroom has broad views to the mountains and the sea. The second bedroom has sea and mountain views, with sliding glass doors.

OUTSIDE THE VILLA:
There are two terraces, one each in the north and two in the south, and all are connected to the house with double glass doors and sliding screens. There are chairs for 4, and 2 tables for the terraces.

On the north side is the swimming pool, which measures 10m x 5m and has a graduated depth of 70 cm to 140 cm, for swimmers and non-swimmers. The pool area is provided with sun chaises and sun umbrellas, and is surrounded by garden, with mountain views. The pool is cleaned two times per week, and the chlorine level is checked regularly (especially as it is effective in destroying the Covid-19 virus).
You will have one private parking spaces next to your villa.

If you want to sunbathe and swim at the sea, it is 6 minutes by car to Shayna Beach, one of the popular beaches of Kyrenia, 9 minutes to Diana Beach, and 13 minutes to Alagadi Turtle Beach (the longest on the island's north coast). You can drive in 9 minutes to the Elexus or the Cratos Hotels, which each have a beach and a casino. The routes to the beaches and hotels are included in the villa photos.

I will meet you when you arrive. I’ll give you the keys, show you the house and answer any questions you might have, about the villa or North Cyprus.
My family and I live in Nicosia and we are happy to host you. (When there are no guests, we might take the opportunity to escape from the noise of the city to the silence and beauty of nature, and have our own holiday at Family Villa.)

GUEST ACCESS
Your private semi-detached 2-bedroom home is yours entirely, and you have your own parking space next to the villa. The pool is shared with only the villa opposite (which I own) and the half villa adjoining yours (used by its Cypriot owner on weekends).

I am available 24 hours, by message, phone or Whatsapp. Any time you need me, my team is ready to help. I can give you advice about places to visit and recommond restaurants or other destinations when we meet at the villa, or you can call me later for help with any of your desires.

OTHER THINGS TO NOTE
-5-10 minutes by car to the markets, beach and hotels, and 15 minutes to Kyrenia city center.
-You can phone the market for delivery to the house. Transportation fee is 1 euro.
