Located on the 47th floor, this luxury subpenthouse is truly a stunning luxury holiday apartment on the Gold Coast.
Sprawling over 200m2 with ..... king bedrooms, the apartment captures stunning uninterrupted views of the Tamborine Mountain hinterland, and all the way down to Nerang River and beyond.

Prior to booking, I assume you have heard of COVID. Whilst you are considering booking this apartment for your holiday so are many others. I have in the past issued refunds or cancelled all bookings with no penalty so no guest has been affected.

I have had a few cancellation requests in the last few days with guests telling me to cancel their booking free of charge due to the terms and conditions as COVID restrictions are not their fault. Just a FYI - it is not my fault either.

If you think you may be impacted by border closures or State rules and regulations then please consider taking out some insurance on your booking with an insurance provider. It has come to the point where I am being requested by guests to cancel their booking for free with only a few days out which leaves me with a vacant apartment, which could have been booked by someone who is not affected by the COVID border closures.

Don’t get me wrong, I do sympathise with your situation, but I am taking the risk of accepting your booking with the COVID issues, just as much as you are making the (URL HIDDEN) Please do not ask for refunds or cancellations due to COVID.
