We have 2 almost identical Eco Bamboo bungalows in a secluded eco retreat down a quiet foot path nestled in tropical garden with a beautiful seaview. This unique A-frame bungalow is made almost entirely of bamboo and wood and as close to live in nature as you can get with a 100% comfort. It is simple, minimalist, but elegant design for couples or individual travelers who would like to have and share a natural living experience. Eco bungalow is unique to the island and inspired by Bali type architecture. We have adopted it to the Thai lifestyle. Eco is a single house in its own area set amongst banana, coconut trees and a tropical garden. Your hosts live in their own bamboo bungalow about 100 meters away. The wide open front sitting area will show you a beautiful garden and seaview with cool sea breezes. Front patio is perfect for a yoga session, meditation or your exercises, we provide 1 yoga mat. There is a kitchen cabinet on the front patio that has a fridge, blender, kettle, plates, cutlery, tea, coffee and water supplies. The bedroom is large (25 sqm) and has glass sliding doors on either side and a high coconut leaf thatched ceiling. The queen size bed has side tables and a mosquitos net. There are fans and an air conditioner that you probably wont need because of cooling sea breezes. The bungalow has a very private open air garden bathroom. We provide a hot water shower, soap, shampoo, toilet paper and towels. Good wifi. Eco bungalow is situated in a very quiet private area, but is only 5min walk from Sreethanu village, which has 24 hr convenience stores and numerous ATMs The closest public beach is a short 5 minuite walk. There are over 35 Thai and international cuisine restaurants within 2km of the bungalow. Koh Phangan is well-known for yoga and healing centers. The three main centers, where you can do casual yoga lessons are within walking distance. Your hosts live near by and will happily answer any questions. The most common formal transport on the island is scooter and taxies are readily available. The are numerous rent shops that we can recommend or you can simply hire from us.
