My honor and pleasure introducing my house Grace River House(GRH).
I believe the most advantage of GRH is the only 1 hour drive distance from Seoul could bring you to the rural/pastoral scenery, river-side views, water play and easy accessibility to the city center in 5 minutes.
Exiting Hoeng Seong IC, its just 3 minutes to reach GRH.

The space
It is a regular home (not a pension or a professional lodging facility) suitable for six people(3 different family members) to stay but GRH could accommodate 10 adults + 10 children If you use mattress in the 2 living rooms(Ground and 1st floor).

While enjoying water play(100m away from GRH), picking of marsh snails, fishbowls, and fishing & tube/boats on the clear and clean Seom-gang River, you may utilize variable sports facilities such as Tennis, Football, Badminton, Volley ball, Basket ball and Fitness, Children water park, play grounds etc in the Hoeng Seong Cultural & Sports Park just accross the river. (300m away from GRH using Stepping Stones in the river)
Libraries, small & large seminar room, auditorium could be rent if you book in advance

Twosome Place(brand name of Cafe), Movie theater and Golf Zone Park with the latest facilities are available just across the river from GRH (say about 5 minutes away)

Guest access
Living room and kitchen on the first floor, bathroom, laundry room (laundry beach) and shower room. Warehouse
* 1st floor deck with parasols and six-person garden tables and barbecue tools.
Barbecue is always available (Please refrain from outdoor barbeque during the harsh winter months!)

Two double-decker rooms (in layouts of cypress double beds), living room, simple kitchen, bathroom and rooftop deck (installation of laundry dryer)
*** The entire building is covered by system air conditioning, but Room B on the second floor is distinguished as a 'health shelter' without air conditioning, in case anyone is vulnerable to air conditioning. Please refer to it when assigning rooms. (If you keep the front and back windows open, it's cool in the middle of summer, so it's not hot, and a fan is good enough, but... Please refer to)
* Additional single beds are placed in the living room space on the second floor for the convenience of guests.

If a lot of people are staying at clubs, church retreats, etc., please reserve the 1st floor space we live in as a barbecue and party space.

Other things to note
*** Strict refund policy applies during peak season!!

One king-sized cypress bed in the attic (up to five people can be used because it is ondol).
There are also cypress handmade beds (double) in each room on the second floor (2), and mats are available in the living rooms on the first and second floors.

However, the prescribed number of people is six, and there is an additional charge of 20,000 won/Person (10,000 won for children) for the additional number of people. (Pre-consultation)
