This unit can accommodate 1-4 guest.
PLEASE NOTE: There is an additional charge of 400 Php for each additional guest for reservation made for more than 1 guest.

The condo unit designed is rustic modern, designed with utmost care,
The KITCHEN is complete with cutlery, dinner glasses, cookware, pots and pans plus all the other necessities to assist the guest with its cooking needs. It has a small refrigerator, microwave oven, induction cooker, bread toaster, electric pot, rice cooker, etc.
The BATHROOM is complete with soap and shampoo, towels and tissue paper with a water heater in the shower area.
The LIVING ROOM and BEDROOM has cable TV and a wide selection of movies. A comfy sofa with pillows with table are also found in the living space. BEDROOM has double bed size bed with cabinet.
Towels, and basic toiletries (shampoo, soap, toothbrush, toothpaste) are also provided to our guests.
Enjoy the separate adult and kiddie pools. Kids pool has a playground and tree fountain. Pool can be enjoyed for minimal fee to the building administration.
Laundry services, spa, saloon, 24hr concenience store, and a wide selection of restaurants are available in the ground floor for your convenience. Generators are on standby in case of power outage.
