We know how expensive it is to book hotels during one's travels. Sometimes, guests have to choose between quality and price: to stay at a cheaper but untidy, unsecured and dysfunctional flat, or to embrace a more expensive stay with upscale conveniences (as based on our own struggle during trips).

We would like to share our hard-earned abode to guests with this dilemma. Your money will be better spent for experiences of wanderlust rather than on impractical accommodations.

The space is often quiet enough that you can rest and get energized for an amazing day ahead.

The unit is designed for both relaxation or if you want to work at ease and no pressure from your workplace.

You will be able to access pool & gym amenities (for a fee). A 711 stop & laundry shop at the lobby (for a fee). The studio flat is all yours to book.

You can contact me or my co-host anytime. Since we have regular jobs, we may give you our available time.

You will have respectful & considerate neighbors, very helpful Security Guards and Reception Help that are at your disposal for any query you might have. The place is very secure and will not allow any entry to random strangers.

Our humble quarters is located within the city, accessible to main roads and various means of commute (metered taxi cabs, GRAB Car & Taxi services via the GRAB App, motorcycles "habal-habal", & jeepney rides). It is near malls, groceries, fast foods & restaurants, as well as the starting point towards the mountain views of Cebu.

You can enjoy a quiet night, and at the same time, you can still easily access the busiest streets of Cebu.
