Once your reservation has been confirmed, the main correspondence will be held by e-mail in order to arrange your check-in. You local host will welcome you at the property at your best convenience and will quickly explain you the main features of the apartment or answer your questions.

We also offer pick up service from the airport and train stations and extra cleaning/ironing services are available upon payment of a fee.

As free street parking is possible only at weekends, on weekdays we advice our guests to park their car at a nearby garage for a cost of 3.60 € per day.

A valid ID/PASSPORT copy is required as a part of our check-in and check-out procedure

PARTIES or PETS ARE NOT ALLOWED. Rental is calculated accordingly to the number of occupants and no extra guests are allowed at all times.

We have a strict NO SMOKING POLICY throughout the flat.

CHECK IN & CHECK OUT times are usually flexible but the indicative times here provided need to be observed if other reservations are attended on the same day of your arrival/departure.
