-Scattered garbage.
-Cigarette smell.

(Multiple mess shall be charged accordingly.)

BUILDING VIOLATIONS & AMENITY CHARGES:
Guest-violator: Subject to charges from violated building policy(ies).
Unsettled amenity use: Subject to corresponding amenity fee.

UNWANTED GUESTS:
Guest that falls on the following:
-Constant arrogance
-Duress
-Signs of menace
-Suspicious activities
-Noncompliance to House Rules
-Excessive violation to IMPORTANT POLICIES

(Guest(s) deemed guilty of any of the aforementioned shall face "forced evictions".)
(Evicted guest(s) shall be refunded only half the booked dates left upon eviction.)

We maintain a Standard Operating Procedure between guest intervals which includes assessment of the property. Loss and/or damages incurred, or any violations from our IMPORTANT POLICIES, within guest reservation, shall be deducted or shall forfeit security deposit.
