Modern retreat with private entrance and yard - The Cottage @ Coolum Beach

The Cottage @ Coolum Beach is a beautiful self-contained 2-bedroom cottage on our property, with its own private entrance and yard. It has been thoughtfully designed so you can enjoy little luxuries during your stay here. There are 2 king beds, an outdoor hot tub, a cinema room with surround sound (also doubles as a bedroom), a fire pit, bikes/surfboards for use, and a BBQ so your stay is truly relaxing and memorable.

The Cottage has its own private access down the side of our property and guests will self-check-in upon arrival. It is only a short 5-minute bike ride / 15-minute walk to the pristine, patrolled Coolum Beach. Better still, rent our bikes and surfboards for a nominal fee ($1 per day for each item) and ride to glorious sun, sand and surf. The property is fringed with gorgeous trees and is home to native birds. Wake up to the sound of birds chirping, make yourself a cup of coffee (and your own bread if you so desire!) and then have a leisurely breakfast on the patio before heading for some vitamin sea.

This retreat is perfect for a couple, small groups or families looking for some downtime and to enjoy the beautiful Coolum Beach area. There is no better place for a truly relaxing coastal holiday!

The space

The Cottage is completely self-contained and positioned at the back of our property.
It is fully-furnished with your comfort in mind, with key highlights including:-

> King beds in both bedrooms
- The main bedroom has a memory foam king Ergoflex mattress.
- The second bedroom doubles as the cinema room and has 2 x electric bed bases with 2 x long single bamboo mattresses. The electric bed bases allow the back and leg rests to be fully adjustable to your personal preference.

> Cinema room (also doubles as a second king bedroom) with massive 75" TV and JBL SB350 Cinema surround sound unit including subwoofer. Netflix is provided for endless entertainment.

> Hot Tub / Outdoor Spa in a private location with hot outdoor shower

> Fire pit (designed to emit less smoke) with firewood and fire-starting equipment provided.

> Fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, oven and Nespresso coffee machine with starter pods provided. There is also a bread maker and ingredients to make your own bread if you desire.

> Family-friendly set up, with provisions provided for little ones. We provide a high chair, travel portacot and a dining set for kids.

> Sunbeds and hanging chair available in the private yard for your enjoyment. Take a photo as a keepsake from our "Shelfie".

> 2 X bikes and 3 X surfboards provided at a nominal cost of $1 per day, per item. The instructions to access these via a third-party app are included with your (URL HIDDEN) The two bikes are folding bikes, so they can easily fit into a car. The property is only a 5-minute bike ride to the beach!
