Facilities Highlights
The rate includes access to the Wave Pool and Beach for one session per person per night booked. Additional sessions are Php 250 per session per person and need to be booked in advance prior to arrival.

Parking is available on site, at PHP 400 per day.

o Towels in the room are included but are not for the use at the Beach/Pool, so please bring your own, or request in advance to provide beach towels at a charge of PHP 150 per towel
o Room cleaning is completed prior to your arrival, any additional cleaning can be requested at a charge of PHP 600 per time, you can arrange this directly with the Radlett representative.
o For extended stays (5 nights or more), an additional cleaning is mandatory every 4th day of stay where a complete change of linen is provided. The additional charge is Php 600 per cleaning and paid in cash to the representative.
o Private parking can be arranged in advance at Php 400 per night.
o Please note check-in is at 2PM and check-out is at 12 Noon. Flexibility is granted, subject to availability. However, check-in or check-outs that are required between 5.00 PM to 08.00 AM will be charged additional convenience fee of PHP 500.
o The apartment is city view, there is a road below.
o Cooking is not permitted for short stays of 2 nights or less. However, there is a Microwave to reheat food and a rice cooker that can be used.
o For Short Term bookings (less than 7 nights stay) there are no additional charges for electricity usage.
o For Long Term Bookings (more than 7 nights stay) the electricity charges are not included. Charges are on a top-up process and with full use would be approximately PHP 300 per day additional.
o All guests booking must provide a valid ID of all guests at least 2 days prior to arrival. Failure to do so will reseult in entry being denied and the booking cancelled without refund. Only registered guests are permitted entry during stay.
