The Venice Luxury Residences is inspired by its namesake location that incorporates Venetian architecture and landscapes, including a grand canal that flows through the township center.
The Venetian inspiration takes root in the buildings' exterior, resembling the shape of a ferro–a gondola's uniquely shaped iron head. The seven towers share a podium-level amenity area that includes landscaped gardens, swimming pool, and fitness station.

Our space has 100Mbps Fiber Wi-Fi, Free Private Parking, swimming pool, fitness center landscaped gardens, and 2 minutes walk from different establishments, such as Watson, Mini Grocery Store, ATMs, Venice Mall, and a wide range of local and foreign cuisine.

We offer a straightforward apartment with all the amenities that would challenge your idea of comfort and practicality. Comfortable Queen Size Bed, 4k 45inch Smart TV. Fiber internet at 50mbps. Ground Coffee. French Press. and everything else in between.

What pretty much seals the deal for most people is having one that is dubbed as today's most romantic destination, The Venice Grand Canal at Mckinley Hill, is right next to your doorstep. The Mall features a man-made grand canal with Gondola rides at the heart of the mall, inspired by cities of Italy and Spain, bringing Metro Manila a glimpse of what the Mediterranean is like. Here, you will find structures reminiscent of renowned European landmarks, grandiose Venetian arts, and picturesque Florentine courtyards.

If you plan on just staying in McKinley, you're pretty much at the center of the main establishment for leisure, the Venice Mall. However, for long-distance driving around Manila, there's a nearby car rental service that lets you rent brand new cars starting at Php 2,500 per day! An alternative is a private service starting at 500php only!

We're going to need a copy of your:

- Government-issued ID and; OR/CR (if there's a car that will be using the parking)
- forms need to be signed for temporary resident ID and Gate Pass (if there's a car)

These will be given to the Building Admin in adherence to the regulation
which hopes to maintain the security and safety of the residences and guests alike within the community.
