We're located in Maginhawa, so it's accessible! Guests can also order food from our restaurant, Snacks and Ladders, or bring their own food during your stay.

This property is located inside a sort of compound. Gate will be shared by the guest and host, but guests will have their own private "house" and entrance.

The indoor space is 80 sqm. We have a big convertible gaming table (10-seater), 2 small convertible gaming tables (4-seater each), a video game area with a sofa bed, projector, and projector screen. In the corner, there's a shelf that houses our board games. We also have an outdoor area with a bar table, small dining area, and giant Snakes & Ladders replica.

Guests may park at our garage, which can fit up to 2 cars. Street parking is also available.

You can easily reach us through Agoda or our contact numbers, which will be provided after confirmation of your reservation. One of our helpers will be the one to open the gate for you. We stay at a separate house, but in the same area. We can also have your laundry washed for a fee.

The entire place will be private to you and your group if you book with us. Our maximum sleeping capacity is 10 pax.
