We are at the building from 8 am to 5 pm daily. If you check-in during this time, we will meet you and assist you to check-in the apartment.
If you check-in late after 5pm, you can tell me in advance so we can arrange for you. Or will assist you to check-in by smart door yourself. Easy access if you have a code. We will send you a link to register via messeger on agoda

No smoking in the room, you can do it at the laundry area
Do not bring pets into the room
Kindly present your passport with the valid entry visa for the check-in procedure.
AP Home is only responsible for the properties or money sent directly to Airport Home staff
It is strictly forbidden to narcotics, prohibited goods, pets into the room
Do not use towels, sheets, blankets, pillows, curtains to wipe utensils, shoes, mud, makeup, blood stains
Do not change or move the funiture and equipment, Do not decorate in the room without the consent of Homestay. Any damages in the room caused by you will have to pay repair fee (depending on the repair costs).
When you leaving the room, please turn off the electric appliances, close the door and bring the card to return. When you check out, please leave the key card in the room, turn off the electric appliances and close the door.
Do not make noise after 10:00 PM to avoid influencing other rooms to rest. If you have reminded twice, you will continue to influence the surroundings, we will refuse to serve you in the area of the building.
The garbage room is located next to the elevator, please put it in the right place, not in the corridor and not in the floor in the trash room. We will support free cleaning every 3 days. If you need to clean the room, please call us via the hotline
