Villa is located in the resort Pernera, Protaras. Shops, restaurants, pubs are in 5 min walk. The villa has three bedrooms and two bathrooms upstairs and an open plan living room, dining room with a separate, fully equipped kitchen and a guest toilet downstairs. The patio doors lead you to the pool area with sun beds. BBQ and garden furniture. There is a private parking.
The nearest beach is in 5 min walk, there are other 4 sandy beaches in the area and all of them are in walking distance
The villa has a central heating which is an excellent opportunity for a relaxing holiday in winter time, when its still hot in the day time, but already cool in the night.
In early spring you have the option of heating the pool.
