A 50-inch4K Utra HD LED Smart TV and a 4-seater sofa. Sofa is reclinable so can easily change to sofa bed. Dining table with 4x cushion chairs.

All bedrooms with bed/mattresses complete with hotel standard comforters and pillows, wardrobes, side lamps, USB charging ports and blackout curtains. Master room has drawers with lock, dressing table with sliding mirror. There is also an iron, ironing table and a hair dryer.

The kitchen is fully equipped with fridge, microwave, toaster, electric kettle and plates & cutlery. We even have a gas hob/hood and gas provided if you want cook. Basic cooking utensils and no ingredients. (Halal cooking only)

Bathrooms are fitted with shower heaters, mirrors, shower soap and thick bath towels.

Also have a washing machine & cleaning items in the yard. We do not have a dryer, you can dry clothes in the yard.

The neighbourhood has lots of shops and eateries, halal restaurant, mosque, KFC and 24hrs petrol station minimart all are within walking distance. Building entrace is located behind the shopping mall. Guests are to park at designated lots inside the building's multi storey car park. Grab and taxi's are easily available.
