Located just two miles from the A39, midway between Bideford and Bude, The Captain's Quarters, Woolsery is ideally located to explore both Devon and Cornwall. The apartment has its own private entrance, is open plan with a fully equipped kitchen, comfy lounge area, king-size bed in the bedroom area and a luxurious rainfall shower in the ensuite. We can accept requests for a cot for a child uner 3 years old and also accept dogs. There is a small decked balcony to enjoy sunsets on. The local pub, The Farmers Arms, is a short stroll away, as is the village shop and chip shop. Established in 2020, The Captains Quarters, Woolsery is equipped with all you'll need to enjoy a relaxing and comfortable stay. Your hosts, Tim and Gabby Page, are available in the main house if needed but will leave you to enjoy your stay after welcoming you to the property. Contact details are available in the property if you require any assistance during your stay. Woolsery Village is just two miles off the A39, on the North Devon coast approx 8 miles from Bideford. The village has a church, village shop, pub and chip shop. There are walks available locally and beaches accessible by car in either direction - into Cornwall or along the North Devon coast. A car is essential to make the most of this location as our bus service, 319, only runs a few times a day through the village. Bideford and Barnstaple are our main shopping areas, along with Bude if travelling into Cornwall. The Captains Quarters has a dedicated parking space on the drive.
