Check-in is between 2:00pm to 4:00PM only.
Check-out is 12::00PM next day.
Early check-in and late check-out is subject for availability.

Guests must submit a soft copy of their Valid IDs and Vaccination cards 2 days before check-in date. We will then send this to the admin for Guest Approval. Once approved, guests are required to bring a printed copy on their check-in day.

Pool access is ₱250 per person per shift.

**Pay parking is available.**
For Cars ₱65 first 3hrs and ₱15/succeeding hr. (Overnight charge is ₱380)
For Motorcycle ₱50 first 3hrs ₱10/succeeding hr. (Overnight charge is ₱260)

***In response to the restrictions relating to the Covid-19 pandemic, the wave pool is temporarily operating at reduced capacity. Therefore access to the wave pool is currently charged separately at PHP 250.00 per person/per half-day and needs to be arranged in advance. Please advise us in advance if you wish to access the wave pool.

Wave pool access charge is not included in the price.

We will be accessible 24/7 for our guests via cellphone, text, Viber, FB messenger or the Agoda app.

**POOL CLOSE ON MONDAYS**
Pools are scheduled for cleaning and maintenance every Monday's.

**COVID-19 SANITIZATION**
Heath, safety, and well-being of our guests are of utmost importance. For this reason, we use a thorough cleaning process after each check-out.

** NO PETS ALLOWED **
We love those pets. Sadly, our home is not suitable to accommodate them.

** NO SMOKING INSIDE **
Please refrain from smoking inside the apartment as it may trigger the smoke alarm. Violators will be charged by the condo admin. Please use the designated smoking area at the ground floor. Any smoking evidence will result in a fee for odor removal and furniture cleaning.

** NO PARTIES/EVENTS **
We kindly ask you to treat our home as your own to preserve its pristine condition for future guests and your return visits.

** NO VISITORS ALLOWED **
Visitors are not allowed as per Azure policy. Only registered guests will be allowed to enter the premise.

**LOST AND DAMAGES**
Any stains, damages, broken or missing items will be charged upon check-out.
Host is not responsible for any damage or lost of personal belongings

If you arrive by car, there is an available public parking space near the building charge separately Php 380.00 / overnight. However, if driving is something you would like to avoid during your stay, there are many convenient, easily accessible transportation options close to our home.
