Villa Ohm (also nicknamed ‘Du-Bali’) is a gathering place for people on all kinds of journeys. Wake up to bird song and yoga in the garden, then sunbathe on the deck after a cool dip into the pool with a cup of coffee. Work from your laptop on uninterrupted wifi in the downstairs workspace. Share a community dinner with your new family, listen to spontaneous vocals + jazz piano duets through the villa, and snug up with blankets in the tv lounge for a community movie night.

Experience living like a local in a quiet residential suburb only 5-10 mins from most of the city. From the villa’s rooftop, we have fabulous views onto the Burj Al Arab and Marina skyline, which is stunning at night.

• 2 min walk from the Al Barsha Mall and beautiful Barsha Park that hosts a night market on Saturdays by the lake. Al Barsha Mall also has a major supermarket, Union Coop.
• 5 min drive to the end of Hessa street and you have access to the ‘Secret Beach’, a secret shoreline tucked away between the Burj Al Arab and Palm Jumeirah and is one of the best beaches in Dubai.
• 5 min drive to the Burj al Arab and Madinat theatre.
• 10 min drive to Mall of the Emirates.
• 10 min drive to the marina and famous JBR walk.

Taxis are available across the road at the Al Barsha Mall, or you may use an app to have a driver pick you up at Villa Ohm. Dubai Taxi Service, Uber, or Careem app is highly recommended if you are not renting a car during your stay.

It’s a 10-minute ride to Mall of Emirates (around 12-15 AED), where you can catch the Metro. There is also a bus stop at the end of the road where you can take F33, which runs every half hour, to the Mall of the Emirates.

Many Ohm residents have cars and often share rides to events and activities many times throughout the week, including the beach 5 minutes away.
