SECURITY DEPOSIT IS REQUIRED
It is compulsary that if you are booking a long stay ranging from 2 weeks to 1 month+, we do do ensure that the linen is being regularly changed over as all of our linen is professionally cleaned so it is important that no guests/clients who are staying with us attempt in trying to wash or clean the linen themselves.

The reason we carry out these linen changes is to increase the cleaning standards of the apartment you are staying in, and to ensure we are following hygiene measures also.

Linen will be changed after every 5 days, and this will be reflected in the price that you are paying.

Linen & Towel Additional Fees for any damages:

Please take great care of linen that has been provided to you in these apartments, as there will be costs charged to you if any of these linens/towels are found to be damaged during and after your stay.

If any black marks, make-up stains, fake-tan stains and wiping of the linen and towels etc (on the floor, or on your face to wipe your make up off) we will be taking action in charging you for this.

- Pillowcases= £4.00

These prices displayed above will be the additional fees that may be charged to you if any of the following damages above take place.

Extra/serviced Cleaning Fee:
West Bromwich- This service for cleaning will be compulsory and will apply to guests who have booked for 6 nights or more, and it is important that you are aware of this before confirming your (URL HIDDEN)

For long term bookings or anything above 6 nights in total, Luxe Your Stays will be sending out a cleaning team to ensure the apartment is maintained and well kept throughout your stay. This is something that is compulsory and part of the service that Luxe Your Stays provides. This will be an additional charge within the main booking fee, and for the extra cleaning that will be taking place every week it will cost an additional £30.

This is something that is compulsory and part of the service that Luxe Your Stays provides. This will be an additional charge within the main booking fee, and for the extra linen change that will be taking place every week it will cost an additional £20.

Late Payment Fee:
West Bromwich- Our late payment fee will apply to guests who have requested to book directly, or who have requested to have a split payment. If the payment isn’t made on the day of extension being requested or the day when you are due to arrive at the property this will result in a £20 late payment fee.

Late Checkout Fee:
West Bromwich- The late checkout fees will be dependent on how late you are intending on checking out. This will be the breakdown in regards to late checkout fee and this will be measured by the amount of hours. 1 hour or less = £20 2 hours = additional £20 3 hours = additional £20 and this will be the same for 4 hours or more.

So, essentially for every hour you are late checking out an additional £20 will be added/charged.
