As it is a home for many, the condo is quite a quiet place to be in. Being close to a lot of attractions certainly makes this a tourist hotspot, including locals from other parts of Sabah.

Walkable paths painted in green will be available to travel towards mentioned attractions, although walking in the heat or rain may be a challenge. Parking outside the residence will be hard to find so ride-sharing apps are recommended, such as Maxim, Grab and MyCar.
