Our place is called The WT Residence. We are located in Deca Homes Sabella Phase 1, Naga City. The home is freshly renovated with stylish design and comfort. Our unit is also work-space friendly as the 2nd bedroom is dedicated with office table and chairs, plus sofa bed! We also have high-speed Fibr internet with no dead spots anywhere the house. Our SmartTVs has premium accesses to Netflix, HBO Go and Youtube Premium!

QUIET HOURS: 10:00PM to 6:00AM. Televisions, voices or other devices must be kept at a respectful low level at all times. Doors should be opened and closed quietly. No congregating or running in the subdivision’s streets.

For parking of vehicle, our garage can only accomodate hatchbacks and medium-sized sedans. Compact SUVs or larger vehicles can be parked on the street, in front of the unit. Don't worry about it's security, as the guards patrols around the village from time to time.
