Stay in this modern apartment and live like a true local in Cebu! We're within walking distance to Starbucks, grocery stores, banks, restaurants, and cafes. This is a 1 bedroom unit, and the building has a gym and pool that you're free to use any time. AC, Wi-Fi, Netflix -- we've got everything you need. The apartment building has a pool in the 4th floor and a gym in the penthouse floor for tenant use. My place is a 27sqm 1-bedroom condo located in the 9th floor of the newly built Tower 2. With a view of the city and mountains, you can cozy up while enjoying your favorite Netflix shows in the living room. The amenities are brand new and carefully chosen for our guests to rest and relax. Due to building management rules, I am only able to host a maximum of 3 persons including children. Getting around is easy with taxis available in the area and one tap from a Grab app. Food delivery is extensive and there are many restaurants in the neighborhood. The pool and gym is accessible to those who are renting the place. There is parking available in the building. Free for motorcycles and standard rates for 4-wheel vehicles. I am one message or call away for any of your questions and recommendations. 3 minute walk to Starbucks, Ramen Yushoken, grocery, banks, pharmacy, located in Oakridge Business Park. Getting around Mandaue and/or Cebu is easy by taxi, Grab, or even other forms for public transport. If you are renting a car, there is a weekly parking fee which is much more affordable than the daily parking fee. Upon confirmation of booking, guests need to provide a copy of any government-issued ID (or passport) for building security requirement. Guests with incomplete requirements may not be allowed entry. Once you arrive, you will be asked to fill out a health declaration form in the lobby for security purposes. Standard check-in is anytime after 2:00 PM. Check-out, by 11:00 AM or earlier. Early or late check-in/check-out must be pre-arranged as this depends on availability and may involve extra fees. This is your home away from home, treat it exactly as you would your own. Please maintain a clean and tidy place during your stay. Mid-stay cleans or daily housekeeping is not included in the published rate, only pre-arrival.
