You have access to all facilities and rooms of the flat. Store your food and drinks in a huge fridge, enjoy your fresh cooked or baked lunch or dinner on an extendable dinning table. Take a hot shower after an intense sightseeing tour and dream well in a big cosy bed and a lot more.

We will welcome you in person and guide you with some tourist information like directions, tickets and public transport system, map and a lot more.

We offer you a pick up by car from the airport (€ 25,-), from the central station, westbahnhof, stadion center or other places of arrival.

We are reachable by phone, email, viber etc. We will do our best to make your stay memorable. In the flat there is an Info-folder, Map of Vienna with a plan of the nearby sights, restaurants, shops and places to visit.

Check-in is flexible from 1pm. Just write us where and at what time approximately you will arrive and we will send you a detailed description how to get to the flat. We will show the apartment and hand you over the keys.

I guess the neighborhood has everything you wish for your stay. Just around the corner, there is a fantastic bakery, that offers fresh bread and traditional pastries. Vienna is very famous for a variety of dark bread and pastries like apfelstrudel, topfenstrudel und zimtschnecke. Give it a try!

There is also a tabbacco shop for tickets (public transportation, parking tickets), mobile load and cigarettes. An post office for postcards, stamps and cash machine.

For Food and drinks there is a grocery „Spar“ and "Billa" and a couple of restaurants and coffee shops nearby.

Your first sightseeing place could be the famous „Belvedere“, which is just next to the building. The Baroque Belvedere palaces, Prince Eugene of Savoy’s summer residence, were designed by Johann Lucas von Hildebrandt, one of Central Europe’s greatest Baroque architects. The Belvedere gardens are a gem of Baroque landscape design. Together with the two palaces they form a harmonious whole that has been listed a UNESCO World Heritage Site.

Great Location. You can walk to belvedere and central station in 5 minutes. At the corner of the building you will find a bus, which brings you directly to a main shopping and leisure area Mariahilfer Strasse. At the end of the street you will find the main metro line U1 that brings you in 5 min. to the city. (Karlsplatz or Stephansplatz)

If you are arriving earlier than the check-in time you can already leave your bags save in a locked room beside the flat. If you want to leave your bags after check-out, there is a very convenient storage at Wien Hauptbahnhof 5 min. away. You can lock your luggage with a code in a safe box (different sizes) and enjoy your day.

If your wish to be picked up from the airport, we offer you a ride directly to the flat in about 15 min. for € 12,50- / per person (usual taxi fee is € 35 - 40 ).

Check-out: You can check-out anytime till 11am. Just leave the keys in the flat and close the door. If you like to extend your stay, please inform us in advance to check the possibility.
