About the Unit.
We call our place lily House because of its dominant yet subtle colour scheme - a combination of soft gold/brown and white. My husband is an architect and has an eye for elegant yet simple designs. He loves to create natural and bright atmosphere through effective colour combinations and by making sure natural light is captured efficiently. We definitely didn’t want the space to look small and contained, its a NO-NO. We all do need to feel free especially in this fast-paced environment. If this is what you want for your stay, elegant and cozy studio with a city view is a perfect choice! Situated in such a good location, not too far from the city yet in a quiet area. You can definitely make the most of all the lively city has to offer without compromising your "relaxation" at the end of the day.

What do you get
Lily House is a studio unit equipped with most of your basic needs.
Shower: Towels, shampoo, shower gel, hair conditioner
Kitchen: induction cooker, microwave, drinking water, kettle, drinking glasses, cups, wine glasses, plates, cutleries and all cooking utensils and wares
Our unit is located is at 15th floor of tower 1, giving you a great view of the city.

The Property
The building is called Mesavirre Garden Residences. It is a newly built high-rise condominium. It is equipped with facilities for guests to use with a fee payable to the admin onsite.

Swimming Pool
Morning Swim : 6am to 9am 150 per adult, 50 per child
Night Swim: 6pm to 9pm 200 per adult, 50 per child
Gym
Morning : 6am to 9am 150
Night: 6pm to 9pm 200
Pool and gym is closed every Monday for maintenance.
