Our Modern Contemporary unit is a go to relaxation getaway for couple, families and friends. Strategically situated at the heart of Tagaytay, our space is at SMDC Wind Residences surrounded by nearby Restaurants, Shopping Centers, and tourist’s destinations.

The space

Our 31 sqm home can comfortably accommodate up to 4 guests only (with additional charge after 2 guests).

A walk-through:
As you enter, from left to right, you will see the kitchen area for food preparation and the lavatory on the sides for prepping up. Alongside will be the study area perfect for some write up. A little over in front is the dining area where simple dinning can turn into little priceless memories. Beside will be the lounge where families and friends can binge watch series or just simply bond over stories. Finally, parted by a wall is where the restful escape can be fully achieved. Welcomed by the serene Taal Landscape, waking up to a picturesque view will make you feel restored and energized for the things lined up ahead.

The Interior:
As we want this place to feel as homey as it can be, a modern contemporary design is the best fit for it. Deliberately designed with little texture and subtle clean lines, we want to showcase entirety of space rather the display of things. We chose neutral palettes with accent of bold colored fixtures, small top displays, and wall pieces. Perfectly designed to deliver that homey feel.
