Our place is a one-bedroom, 42 sqm floor area, condomnium which can comfortably accomodate four (4) guests. The unit is provided with the following:

* Fast internet access with unlmited usage to keep you connected in your office or love ones
* Airconditioning unit with remote control inside the bedroom and living room
* 50" Full HD Smat TV with Netflix subscription and You tube access for you and family entertainment in the living room
* Induction cooker, pans microwave oven, electric kettle, large refrigerator for light cooking
* Table ware- plates, utensils ang glasses at the dining area,
* Coffee, tea, creamer and mineral water
* Shower with heater and hair blower
* Soap, shampoo, towels, toothbushes and other toiletries

Guests can also enjoy the expansive view of Tagaytay at the common viewing deck at the 10th Floor.

Guests may not yet avail the use of swimming pool at Serin East since swimming pool is under construction.

For your convenience our condo unit has its own parking area at the basement exclusive to our guests at Serin East Tagaytay.

For pet owners, we would like to advise that Serin East Condominium is not yet a pet-friendly place hence pets are not allowed at the premises.
