Villa Maria is located in Yenikoy Kas which is 12 km to Kas center. It has magnificent view of the forest and the sea from above.

Because of the altitude, you can enjoy refreshing breeze from the mountain at summer evenings while enjoying the sea and the forest view. You will not feel humidity at all.

Villa Maria went through a complete renovation in 2019 with us as new owners. Every detail is being thought for your comfort with use of luxurious indoor and outdoor appliances and furniture.

We use digitally controlled sea salt for chlorination in the pool. The system also checks PH levels continuously. Very few villa owners use this system in whole Kas area as it is expensive but the most healthy method for pool cleaning.

The garden of the villa in five areas is watered automatically by five computers to have nice flowers and incredible spring smell around the villa.

Crystal clear waters of Kas are just away 10 minutes drive by car.
