PLDT WIFI & Cable Tv are available in the unit. There is a large Aircon, ceiling and portable fans available. The kitchen is fully equipped, with microwave, induction cooker, fridge and water dispenser. ( gallon water containers can be arranged tbrough the property manager at extra cost) The condo has no balcony but does have windows which allow natural light. The building has a beautiful swimmiing pool located on the 15th floor with amazing views of the city, there is also a gym loacted on the same floor. On the ground floor there is a convienience store, laundry and many massage, atm's located near by. Parking is availble but please reserve when booking, cost is 300 peso per 24hrs and 50 peso per 24hrs for motorbikes.
