There are two types of hotel licenses in Japan, and most of the licenses acquired by individuals can stay up to 180 days per year. If you exceed that number of days, all bookings will be automatically canceled, so guests will be very troubled. Therefore, we have applied for a license that allows us to stay 365 days a year, and the review has been completed. Please rest assured that our property can be licensed at the beginning of October. You can feel relieved to stay our place.

The place is about 5 minutes on foot from Ushigome Kagurazaka Station on Subway Oedo Line. About 8 minutes walk from the Tozai Line Kagurazaka Station.
Ushigome Kagurazaka is located in the heart of the city center. Located in the center of Shibuya, Ikebukuro, Shinjuku, Ueno, Asakusa, Ginza, Skytree etc., it is very convenient.

There is a public bath within walking distance, and group bathing is also possible.

The house interior and appearance will be changed, because of above renovation.
