The lavish & tranquil villa has glass bi-fold doors overlooking manicured balinese inspired gardens & a private plunge pool & bbq area. Glass louvres throughout the villa allow you to catch the sea breeze. A/C & ceiling fans add an extra burst of cold air if you need to cool down quickly.

There is a plush King bed with luxurious pillow top mattress and a selection of pillows to choose from. The 2 seater sofa is comfortable and a perfect spot for enjoying a cup of coffee whilst gazing out at the manicured gardens.

There is flat screen TV, Dvd player, a Bar Fridge, Microwave, Kettle and a Toaster available for your convenience. Other amenities include dvd's, tumblers, wine & champagne glasses, plates, bowls, cutlery, Iron, Ironing board, laundry basket and clothes airer.

Your private plunge pool is only a metre from the villa. It is lovely to open the glass bi fold doors and the plunge pool is right at your doorstep.
The BBQ area is located by the plunge pool area. There is a large umbrella above the plunge pool that can be opened or closed and a comfortable table and chairs to relax in whilst soaking up the sunshine. The plunge pool also has seating within the pool.

The property consists of a house and the tropical villa. The Tropical villa is located at the rear of the property. It is not attached to the main house. Guests will have sole use of the villa, plunge pool area and bbq area.
Free parking on the street is available at the front of the property.

Please note a $300 Security Deposit is payable. Upon booking you will be contacted and to provide credit card details for any damages/breakages etc that occur during your stay. The security deposit will be refunded if no damages etc occur.
