Extra guest/s after 6 will not be provided with mattress but we can provide extra blankets if ever. 7. Clean towels will be provided. 8. Toiletries: Soap and Shampoo Only 9. The gym is for Members only. Minimum membership fee is 1,050 for 1 month. 10. Pool is for Homeowners only. Guests can use the pool during weekdays with fee. Guests are not allowed to use the pool during weekends (friday to sun)and holidays 11. Smoking is not allowed inside the unit. 12. Hosts are staying in IRIS lobby only. Please do not hesitate to contact us if you have concerns. 13. Early check in and late check out is subject to availability. 14.
